Very little if any paint missing and the same with surface rust where paint might have flaked off. The decals have flaked off a bit, the hubcaps have discolored some due to surface corrosion, but that can be removed by using either & SOS or Brillo pad and just a bit of elbow grease. I would have done it, but the wife took pics wrapped & boxed it before I had the opportunity to do it. This would be a great addition to any Tonka dump truck of that year or era to make a nice set for your collection.
