For sale is a very nice vintage Jadeite Coffee Canister with metal (aluminum) lid.  You are seeing it exactly as I found it at a very old estate cleanout.  Measures approx. 7 1/2 inches tall.  As you can see in the second photo it is marked "Coffee". This mark is faint and I am not sure if that was the way it was suppose to be??? On the bottom it is marked "2114" and there is a small triangle mark with the letter "J" in it.  These are molded into the bottom. When placed on a level counter top the jar has a slight wobble to it.  It does not fall over or anything.  Just that center round spot on the bottom  looks to have originally been manufactured wrong/ or slightly out of spec.  No cracks or funky smells.  The metal top has some wear and a few small dings.  In the last few pics there is a "flatish" area on the threaded top.  It does not look like it was chipped as it's very smooth to the touch.  It looks like something formed wrong during the original manufacturing process.  Made this piece was a factory second.   

Would benefit from a little further cleaning.  Thanks
