Dansk Design IHQ Jens Quistgaard Crown Chrome Zig Zag Taper Candle Holder Japan

Danish sculptor and industrial designer Jens Quistgaard enjoyed a long and successful career in Denmark and in the United States. He was particularly active during the 1950s and 1960s. His best known and most commercially successful works were produced by Dansk Designs, an American manufacturer whose name is the Danish word for "Danish". Dansk Designs brought Quistgaard and his Nordic design aesthetic to the United States.

Good condition with no tarnish, discoloration or wear; appears minimally used. Small scratches (?) on the interior (photo 6).Uses 12 tiny tapers. Chrome/silverplate (?) finish. About 3"H. Dates from the 1970s. Made in Japan.
