The item is UNCIRCULATED, but still may have toning, blemishes, scratches, “milk” spots or other imperfections. The item comes in a snap-tite plastic capsule unless otherwise stated, along with the original COA. In addition, there also may be wear and/or marks/scratches on the plastic capsule or outer boxes.

4) Due to the constant fluctuating precious metals prices (gold, silver, platinum, etc.), returns are NOT accepted.

SHIPPING, BIDDING, & PAYMENTS
1) Winning bidders are responsible for paying for their item(s). All payments must be made within 3 days (72 Hours) of the auction completion. A non-payment case will be opened after 3 days (72 Hours). I reserve the right to relist any item not paid for after 3 days (72 Hours).
2) If you have 50 feedback or less, please contact me before bidding. If you do not contact me prior to bidding, the bids and transaction will be cancelled should you win.
3) I will NOT ship to any other address other than what is stated on the Ebay invoice. I ship ONLY to United States addresses.
4) I do NOT ship internationally. No International bids will be accepted/honored.
5) I ship items within 1-3 business days (holidays and weekends not included) of cleared payment (Paypal eChecks usually take 3-5 business days to clear).
6) Items will be shipped USPS First Class (now called USPS Ground Advantage). Handling time is 1-3 business days (holidays and weekends not included).
7) Your item is considered delivered when the Unites States Post Office shows a status of "Delivered". All orders are sent with Delivery Confirmation and you will receive tracking information via Ebay.
8) All items are for sale locally, and therefore subject to prior sale.
9) I reserve the right to cancel and fully refund an order if I find that there is an error in the listing, price, description, etc..
