Both bags are in good shape and working great. All zippers and wheels are great. The Duffel bag does have a wear mark that you can see in the pictures. You will also get the keys to the lock and the combination paperwork for the locks. It had a  bag inside with the buttons on it. I'm not sure if it goes with it or not but it's in there. Please look at the photos for condition. I didn't see any issues with either one. With the large size it will be shipped ground. It may be ups, usps or fedex.
