Vintage Nova Tech Pilot II Radio Direction Finder 4 Band Aircraft Marine TEST

I don't know anything else about this radio. connected a 9 volt battery. I press the buttons. the light works. It can pick up some radio frequencies. Perhaps the potentiometers are not working very well.
