Description: Antique uncoloured coper engraved map in beautiful condition van Talough harbor on the north side of the island of Moorea (Eimeo) in the Winward Islands of French Polynesia, near Tahiti, visited by Captain Cook in HMS Resolution & Discovery in December 1777.

This is an original engraving from the time as listed, not a later 1800 edition.
