This extremely rare book is in good used condition. There are some bumps / crinkles to corners, typical wear. There is a tear upper left side front cover. Please see photos. Also beginning on page 71 there is what seems to be a coffee stain which gets progressively worse through the remaining pages to the end of the book. It is only 93 pages, so not bad. See photos. Other than that the pages are clean, no writing or markings. Binding is tight. Again, please see ALL photos!
