The camouflage painted cases were done by a customer, and they look fantastic. These are being shipped unpainted, and can be made to match whatever camouflage or paint scheme you prefer quite easily.

These cases include the logo on the front and the words "Bucktail Outdoor Research" down each side to provide some additional grip. The case shown in the main photo has some color added to make the logo more visible, but they are being sold unpainted.

Unlike other existing designs, this flexible case helps prevent accidental volume adjustment, accidental button presses for all buttons, helps secure the battery into the radio, and provides a bit of drop protection. The case is installed top first with the antenna removed and then stretched over the bottom. This requires a bit of force, especially if the case is cold, but it will not hurt three case to stretch it. If you are running a strap or lanyard, feed that through the provided hole before inserting the radio fully. The volume knob will have some resistance to prevent accidental turning, but can still be adjusted via the cutout facing the antenna. 

It's best to charge them battery using a cable as the case will not fit in a cradle charger, but the case can be removed if you must use a cradle.
