Ganzo 727M model is designed to meet at maximum the needs of tourists and other country lovers, and people who need a pocket knife on a daily basis. The base material for Ganzo 727M knife is D2 stainless steel. It is corrosion resistant, but it is rather hard (60 HRC) alloy which is widely used in production of tourist knives. The blade length reaches 8.9 cm and its thickness from the spine side is 3.5 cm. The knife is entirely smoothly sharpened that allows smooth and accurate cuts.

The handle of every Ganzo 727M knife is covered with straps from G10 fiber-glass plastic. This is a modern composite material with high wear resistance and ability to withstand exposure to many chemically active substances. Four color options for handles are available to choose: black, green the handle surface is textured for firm handling. Also, the producers thoughtfully placed a clip ton the handle to fasten the knife to the belt and a hole for threading the lanyard.
