This is a vintage pair of CITRON of Santa Monica Embroidered colorful Dragons & Roses on a Black Satin/Silk Slip-ons.  These slip on, low heels are narrow as well.  On the Bottom of the shoe, it is translated to EVERY STEP IS BLESSED, but I have no idea where they were made.   EU sizing is 42, but in US sizing it is 8.5.  And as you can see from the pictures, they are "used" but "new" and have never been worn or walked on anything.  Please see pictures for more details.
