The first is leather with a stand on the back and the second is a rubber pouch to go over that when you travel. Both included. The leather pouch has a few blemishes but works fine. The device has a few blemishes but works fine too.

Charger is included. It was tested and works fine.

The device is in good condition and functions properly. I just reset it to factory settings so the new owner can set it up to their own specs. It works great. The device specs are all in the photos too.
