Vintage Tomy Talking Tutor Robot - No sound

The sound or battery operation does not work.

in used condition so will have signs of use, one of the eyes is loose and doesn't spin and falls out as you can see in pic 2.

Also not sure how many cards it is supposed to include but is has 35.
