This is an Original Vintage (not reproduction) chrome boot handle with locknut as used on various MGB GT / MGB Roadster models may possibly fit MG Midget models, please check combability with someone in the know if not sure (please note this is for the handle only and there is no lock included)

Been used the the handle does have wear, the chrome is very bright but does have minor pitting.

An ideal replacement if yours is broken or badly pitted.
