The cassette itself is in very good condition. I have play tested the first 5 minutes of each side and it plays well.

The case has no cracks or major defects but does have light age related scuffing/scratching to the outside.

The inlay is also in very good condition with no serious issues such as tears or pen marks but with minor signs of age and light creasing.

Overall it is in very good condition.
