Set is in great condition.  Complete set except for some small pieces???   This is a modular house that can be rearranged  Add lego friends pieces to get more creative.   I have included  Barbie and Ken figures but I can substitute a Ken for 2 Barbies if you ask before shipment.    No instructions but they can be found online
