We offer free delivery service using Royal Mail 2nd Class Standard delivery that delivers within 2-3 working days.
In addition to this, we also offer express delivery options:
- Royal Mail 1st Class Standard Delivery (1 to 2 working days) is available from *£1.49p.
- Special Delivery Guaranteed By 1 pm (Next working day) is available from *£8.15
*For larger items, we use Parcelforce or Evri, subject to the size and weight of the parcel. If you want a quote for such items, please direct message us.
PRODUCT & SIZING:
We want to make sure you receive exactly what you're looking for. We request you to kindly read the listing carefully to avoid any disappointment. Please note that items shown in pictures may appear larger than they are.
HIGH-END ITEMS:
We understand that high-end items require extra care. For high-end items, we will quality-check the item and send you pictures and videos before dispatching it. Items will also be insured to protect both parties.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS:
We accept returns only under exceptional circumstances, and only if we have grossly misrepresented the item. We want you to be happy with your purchase, and if you're not, we want to make it right.
In such cases, we may charge a handling fee to cover time, effort and costs. Refunds will exclude postage and packaging charges.
PROMOTIONAL/AUTHENTIC ITEMS:
We know that authenticity matters. We assure you that we only sell 100% legitimate and authentic goods. Some items are sourced under gift with purchase or promotion. They may state 'No Resale' or 'Not for individual sale', but this does not compromise the quality of each product unless stated otherwise.
MISSING/DAMAGED ITEMS:
We understand that missing or damaged items can be frustrating. In case your item is missing, please allow 10 working days for investigation (after the expected delivery date) and 25 days for overseas deliveries.
During this time frame, we cannot offer any refunds because the item may still be on its way. After the 10-day window, we will refund or replace the item via 1st class delivery at no extra charge to you as the buyer.
All damaged items will be investigated with the courier. Please send us relevant pictures, and we will prioritise the issue.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING/TRACKING:
We use eBay Global Shipping Program (GSP) for international shipping.
Please note that there may be restrictions for P.O. Box, FPO or APO addresses.
You will see estimated shipping and import charges; the full and final charges will be available for you to view at checkout. You can also view what you've been charged on the order details page.
Ebay is responsible once the parcel reaches the UK depot. They will liaise with you regarding your shipment. Any damage claims or missing parcel will need direct support with Ebay. You may file a returns case for ‘damaged’ on eBay. Once the returns claim is filed it should be escalated to eBay customer support to take action.
