Nice condition does have a rough spot on one side edge and a little damage under lid and on inside inner edge.
I love this box unique design with lion head handles and fleur de lis design on alternate sides. The surface is a textured slightly raised design. Not sure what it is made of some sort of composite that has a wood feel. Inside is soft velvet brown.
