This is a leaded crystal vintage Walther Glass 13" cake stand or plate, with frosted glass/crystal pedestal.  Decorated with berries or flowers and leaves in frosted and clear crystal.  The pattern is Carmen, from Mikasa. This pattern was made from 1983- 2003 and is discontinued.
