Delivery

Who will deliver my order?

Most deliveries are carried out by DPD, Monday to Friday, between 7am and 10pm. Some of our products are delivered by FedEx, and large items e.g. cookers, ovens, stoves etc will be sent on a pallet. You will need to be available on the day to accept the delivery and can't be delivered to a neighbour or a safe place.

How do I change my delivery address?

At the payment stage, you're given the option to insert a different delivery address to your payment address. If you need to amend the address after the order has been confirmed, then you can send us a message via eBay.

Where can I get updates on the delivery time?

Tracking details will be sent to you via eBay for you to keep up to date with your delivery or get in touch with any questions and we can help you out.

Returns

If you're not 100% happy with your new product and you've not used it, just let us know within 30 days of delivery and you can return it to us.

To return a product that is no longer needed for a refund, please start a return request through eBay. You will be provided a tracked returns postage label. If you require an exchange, simply send us a message via eBay.

If you think your product may be faulty

We'll do our best to resolve the problem as quickly as possible if you believe there's a fault with your product. We'll ask you to provide information on the product and the problem. Yes, you can, but please be aware we are a large warehouse not a shop. If you are looking to collect, please send us a message via eBay first to arrange an appointment, as we need time to get your order ready.
