I have been collecting Miriam Haskell for years (since 1990) and have NEVER seen another necklace like the Egyptian revival sphinx pendant. This is very large and a very rare piece by her. The chain is 24” long. The Sphinx pendant measures 2-1/4” long and 1-1/2” from top of Sphinx head to bottom of pendant. Measuring the shoulders of Sphinx, is 5/8” wide. The Sphinx pendant is loaded with detail as you can even see the ribs. The necklace clasp is signed as well as a hang tag. Chain, clasp and pendant is in excellent condition.
