Dunoon fine bone china mugs are handcrafted in Staffordshire, England. They are produced to the highest quality using traditional methods which have been developed and refined over 3 family generations in the pottery industry.
Lomond is a smaller version of our Cairngorm shape. Lomond holds a variety of patterns, features geometrics, peacock feathers, cats and umbrellas, some embellished with 22 carat gold.
This is a slightly more feminine shape than its Cairngorm parent, but just as comfortable to use.

We offer free standard 'tracked' economy delivery for all UK Mainland orders and optionally a choice of a faster paid postal service.
We dispatch all goods from our warehouse located in Worcester Park Surrey.
On every order, you will receive a unique carrier tracking code to track the progress and whereabouts of your order at all times.
We use Royal Mail standard economy and its delivery normally arrives at your door within a couple of days (2 - 3 days after dispatch), however in some rare cases this can take up to 14 days.
If your goods haven't arrived within this time, please contact us via ebay email.
Please also check with your local Royal Mail Collection center or office depot before getting in touch prior to contacting us in the event of a missing or delayed shipment.
Until this 14 day window has passed we are unable to post replacements or offer refunds.

If your product arrives damaged by the carrier or has product faults, we will either offer a replacement or refund your item free of charge.
All items sold are new & unused unless otherwise stated and should therefore be returned in the same saleable condition. We accept any items back for refund if they are returned to us in original, unopened packaging and are in an unused condition within 14 days.
If the item is faulty and therefore determined so by our inspection, we also acept a full refund even after you have opened the packaging.
Refund is made on the purchase price paid if returned within 30 days of receipt.
If the reason of returning is 'Change your mind', we do not cover the return postage.
If item shipped are damaged or faulty, please email us through eBay to enable us to issue you with a pre-paid returns label.
Once we have received your item using the pre-paid returns label a refund will then be given unless a replacement has been issued prior to return.
The return should be arranged via eBay mail service prior to shipping.
The refund is made with full amount by the same way that customer used as the original payment.
