The Morgan Shinai is the perfect practice sword for anyone who wants to learn Kendo, the Shinai was developed to reduce the number of practitioners being seriously injured during practice. The weight and balance characteristics of this Shinai are similar to a real Japanese katana and will help you learn sword techniques without actually swinging a dangerous, sharp steel sword around. This bamboo sword is lightweight, durable and is constructed using four thick sheaves of bamboo that are tied together, which then has a leather covered handle for a comfortable grip, additional tension ties and plastic hand guard (tsuba included) to protect your fingers.

Shipping
