Some of the LED's on the board do not light up (seen in photos)

It seems someone has fixed them before so if you're willing they could probably be replaced again. Exact lamp rating for replacement diodes is shown on the back.

Panel does light up very brightly and strobes accordingly through its different modes!

Panel will include its power supply cable
