Justin Apache Brown Vintage Cow Hide Boots Size 12. NWT In Box. These were produced in 1992, for only one year. They are constructed of  Cow-hide, but tanned like  a rough-out, or an  oil-tanned leather. In new with tags condition. This style is meant to be treated with Apache cream conditioner.
