Rubik's snake is a puzzle invented by Erno Rubik, which consists of 24 prisms hinged to each other in a rectangular section.

The task is to assemble various kinds of geometric shapes, animals and other associative things. Very well develops spatial thinking.

In the early 1980s, the Rubik's snake was very popular in the USSR and still remains one of the "best sellers" among mechanical puzzles, comparable in popularity to the Rubik's Cube.
