the protective plastic coding still on the monitor an call box! U.S. buyers will need
a conversion plug (from UK to US) as this unit is set for UK electrical plug in.

any reason you are not satisfied, we will be happy to issue you a refund. Refunds
are NOT accepted for any item listed 'for parts only' or where 'no refunds' is
posted on the listing or after 30 days from date of receipt.

To qualify for a refund: Your item must be returned to us within 30 days from
receipt of merchandise and must be in the condition you received it in. Returned
item must contain everything that was originally sent to you - All sealed items
must be returned sealed, no exceptions - ALL RETURNS must be processed thru eBay.

Please be sure to report the correct reason for a return - items reported as being
'not-as-described' or 'defective' have to be inspected and thoroughly tested prior
to issuing a refund. Refunds are not issued for good standing merchandise return to
