SCCS # B-119:   ILNA 1988 souvenir card (BEP) depicting the back of the Series 1915 $10 Federal Reserve Bank Note.  Vignettes include a farming scene designed by C. A. Houston and engraved by M. L. Baldwin, plus a mill scene engraved by L. Charlton based on an actual mill located in Joliet, IL.

Cancelled at the Bureau of Engraving and Printing Visitors Center on the first day of issue, October 7, 1988, with a BEP Visitors Center cancellation.
