It is one of the several operative known as the Scourge of the Underworld, as he appeared in disguise as "Jake the bartender" at the Bar with No Name in Captain America #319.

All articulation is intact, with the mid-biceps do not twist. The gun and mask accessories are included.

This figure feature hand-painted elements, and you may experience some paint wear when posing.
