Good preowned condition. No major flaws or defects. No cracks no chips no major wear. It does have a couple light marks on it. It is a 7" white and blue plastic ruler with advertising for a think the "Bell System" and their "Two Fine Phones" The Princess Phone and the Trimline Phone.
