This vehicle had never been on the road until recently, It was brought over from america by the US army and used on an american Air base here in the UK since new.
This is now road registered on the correct 2006 plate with 8 months remaining. After the MOT it took the DVLA a further 4 months to complete the registration. due to idiots working in their office!
I have now been driving this since November.
The truck has only covered 53,000 miles from new. All of which were just pottering around the Air Base where it has lived all its life, and not on the road.
This has also clearly been stored in hangers and not left out side.
The paintwork is amazing as you would expect.

There are known problems for the EGR cooler and Oil cooler can fail over time. which is why I replaced both of these with a Sinister Diesel upgraded replacement.
While doing it and placing an order with Sinister Diesel, I decided to do the charge pipes and radiator hoses.
I also replaced the Turbo with an upgraded Garret turbo from Sinister, which comfortably boosts the engine, and sounds amazing!
Road Tax is only £155 per year
This truck drives perfectly. and pulls like a train!
Capable of pulling a 9.5ton trailer with a 2 ton payload in the rear of the truck.
Only reason for the sale is I purchased this as a project. And now its complete. So I will move onto the next project now I have done this to the best it can be.
