All items are shipped using Tracked 48 unless stated otherwise on listing. We also offer quicker, Next Day Delivery Services at extra cost

Orders are shipped in secured packages within 24hrs after the Ebay payment is received. Cut off time for the same day dispatch is 11am.

If for some reason you are not happy with the product or delivery of your parcel is late, please do not leave negative feedback - contact us first - we can work out the solution together. We will exchange the product or refund the order if the parcel is lost or damaged by delivery service.

We offer a 30 days return window for all our listings. Returns for all perishable items e.g. Shampoo, Conditioners etc will only be accepted if the item is Unopened and unused. Return postage would be paid by the buyer.
