This is a long sleeve 100% Cotton pique knit rugby style shirt from County Seat Jeanswear. (a mall store in the 80's and 90's) There are a few small flaws on the knit fabric as shown in close ups and some minor fraying on the edges of the cuffs.

Hooded with 3 buttons.
It is a patina dyed cotton in faded navy blue with green stripes on the elbows.
Stitching on the shoulders has the rugby or hockey jersey look.
There are metal pulley end caps on the drawstring, though they could probably be trimmed off and knotted.

Chest from underarm to underarm: 24
Front length top to bottom hem: 29
Sleeve from pit to cuff: 20
