We are always happy to accept footwear back for size or style exchanges, or for a refund if you change your mind.  -  However please be aware that we cannot accept footwear back which has been worn and/or shows signs of wear. Returned footwear must be in a condition that we are able to immediately place the footwear back on our shelves to be sold again as new footwear. 

You are welcome of course, to try your new footwear on in your home. But please do so on a carpeted area. and do not wear them outside until you have decided to keep them.

PLEASE NOTE!   -   We have a 30 Day Return Policy. This means that you are welcome to return your purchase at any time up to 30 days from the date of Invoice.  - We do not accept Return Requests after the 30 Day period

INCORRECT SIZE OR STYLE EXCHANGE -

• Return your parcel to swap a size or request a Refund for only $19.99

• For only $19.99 Australia, you can be refunded the cost of your purchase or exchange your item. The $19.99 fee does not include postage of the item back to ourselves. In cases of exchanges, the $19.99 fee will cover postage of the new item back to you.

REFUND - CHANGE OF MIND - 

Changed your mind and no longer require the boots? We are happy to take them back. A fee of $19.99 is what it will cost you which covers the initial free postage supplied with your order. The buyer will be responsible for postage of the item back to ourselves.
