Spine binding cover has come loose, we have it held on with a small piece of double sided, removable, acid free, archival safe tape. Pages are in good shape for the most part. Nice spring and feel to pages and spine. Measurements are in the photos, about 3 11/16" X 2 11/16", nice small size.
