Vintage Norcrest? Cute Yellow Bird w/Eyelashes Perched on Branch Figurine

Adorable and in very nice condition! I feel like this is Norcrest but the original sticker is not on the piece. The face is very similar to other Norcrest figurines. Please see the photos for a good description of the condition and the measurements.
