Those NEW OLD STOCK mudguards ( eBay item number:285536872180 ) are EXACTLY FOR THIS FRAME!

·         “Olympia” racing bicycle frame from 1946, identification number 1971 stamped into the seat tube.

·         Measures .

·         Seat tube 54cm center to center

·         Top tube 55cm center to center

·         The frame has rear dropouts for the Campagnolo "Corsa" two-lever gearbox mounted - The dropouts are not marked, but are intact as a wheel with original Campagnolo hub pin is mounted on them with grooves for said dropouts, with thread for single cones side.

·         The front racing dropouts with mudguard eyelets are not marked.

·         Rear dropouts with welded eyelets for mudguards.

·         An original antique headset of the bicycle is mounted, although not marked, with embellishment knurls.

·         A bottom bracket is mounted with a fixed right cap marked "Olympia" - The left cap is not marked. The partially lightened bearing axle with holes about a centimeter deep on both sides has not been dismantled, so I don't know if it is marked or not.

·         There is an original screw and nut in the frame to tighten the seat post

·         The frame is perfectly square with the fork, it has not suffered any accidents -

·         I believe that the paint is not original from the factory, however it was applied professionally, so much so that I believe it can even be left on

·         The upper tube has holes to pass the rear brake hose internally

·        The frame assembled with the accessories described above weighs 3340 grams

Il telaio ha montati i forcellini posteriori per  cambio “ Corsa “ Campagnolo a due leve-I forcellini non sono marcati, ma sono integri  essendo montata sugli stessi  una ruota con perno mozzo originale Campagnolo con scanalature per detti forcellini, con filettatura per coni da un solo lato.

I  forcellini anteriori, da corsa , con occhielli per parafanghi, non sono marcati.

Forcellini posteriori con occhielli saldati per parafanghi.

E’ montata una serie sterzo  antica originale della bicicletta anche se non marcata, con godronature di abbellimento.

E’ montato un movimento centrale  con calotta destra  fissa marcata “Olympia”-La calotta sinistra non è marcata. L’asse del cuscinetto parzialmente alleggerito con fori per circa un centimetro di profonndità , da ambo i lati , non è stato smontato, percio non so se sia marcato o meno.

E’ presente nel telaio vite e dado originali per serrare il reggisella

Il telaio è perfettamente in squadro con la forcella, non ha subito incidenti-

Credo che la vernice non sia originale di fabbrica, tuttavia è stata applicata, in modo professionale , tanto che credo si possa anche lasciare

Il tubo superiore  ha i fori per far passare internamente la guaina del freno posteriore

Il telaio montato con gli accessori sopra descritti, pesa 3340 grammi
