My wife and I are working together to start a small business online! Most of our items are customer returns from Amazon, Ebay, or other big box retailers. We spend a lot of time doing in depth testing of other people’s returns so you don’t have to.

 

We offer a variety of items on our shop, but mostly you’ll find electronics and computer parts. Sometimes you will find UNIQUE and SPECIAL items in our shop that you can get as well! We like to keep our prices low so you’ll want to say YES when you see it. We keep Offers turned off so our emails don’t blow up, but if you think you have a FAIR offer to send, please do via a direct message!

 

We don’t have a return policy because this is a part time business for us while we both also work Full Time at our day-to-day jobs. Rest assured however, we are taking as many precautions as we can before listing to fully understand the product. AND, if something is wrong when you receive it, we will work to take care of this for you. We stand by what we sell. Testing will include all the basics of an item including battery charge, basic functionality, ports, screen response, things of this nature. Large scale testing like Port Forwarding capabilities, pairing with specific models of phones, app responsiveness, locked/unlocked phones, long term battery use, these items our out of our reach at this moment. But, feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns about something and would like specifics examined.

 

If something is listed as FOR PARTS, we have tested it to the best of our abilities and will include all of our testing knowledge when selling, but this doesn't mean these are the only things wrong with an item, FOR PARTS has the risk for more issues to arise. For USED products we can only test so much. Long term use is not possible and you should always expect a used item to have some sort of wear. For NEW items, or OPEN BOX items, well, they're NEW! We will compare it to an original website showcasing what should come in the box, and if something is missing we will detail it out. Please check pictures carefully as we include everything we are going to send to you.

 

Our goal is next day shipment. If we are out of town or unable to ship for several days in a row, we will put that in our shop. Items will be well protected using whatever supplies we can get. My goal is to re-use supplies whenever possible to not bring more waste to this world. You may find some of our packing materials unique, but they will help keep your item safe.

** Amazing/New/Perfect - We cannot see any flaws

** Great - Very nice condition, may show small signs of wear

** Good - Heavier wear showing, but still a good item and doesn't show heavy signs of wear. You will find slightly worn ear foam, deeper scratches.

** Fair - Heavy wear, going to show fading to plastic, deep scratches, cracked plastic potentially. Any details of this nature will be photographed if we see it.
