We remanufacture the oil metering pin used in the SHORROCK C75 and C142 supercharger.

These pins control the rate at which lubricating oil from the engine system is allowed in to lubricate the bearings and vanes of the Supercharger.

Our pins have the original screwdriver one end and an M4 female screw thread the other end---this is designed to allow an M4 bolt to be inserted to enable a stuck pin to be removed.

Available in a range of sizes to suit the application but we always try to carry in stock the 3 most popular, as follows:-

Part number CMP002A --- .311" dia.    Least oil passing through; generally, use where engine oil pressure is above 60psi.
CMP002C --- .310" dia.    Allows more oil through; generally, use where engine oil pressure is 40 to 60 psi.
CMP002E --- .309" dia.    Allows even more oil through; generally, use where engine oil  pressure is less that 40psi.

All of the pins have the size letter engraved on the pin end as were the OE pins.

Other sizes are available on a 3 to 4 week lead time.

in getting the correct size of pin, the rule of thumb is "if your exhaust smokes to much, then you go up a size on pin" ---- it is trial and error as it depends on the oil viscosity, the age of the blower and engine, running oil pressure etc!

NOTE; the listing is for one pin of your selection, specify the size required at the time of ordering.

Also available, listed elsewhere, is a new push out spring part number CSG001 at £7.25 each.
