• Items will be posted within 2-3 business day after payment received.
• Items will be shipped by Couriers or AusPost, depending on the location.  Courier cannot deliver to PO Boxes, Regional areas and Apartments.
• Under eBay policy, we can only post your items to your eBay registered address.
• The Estimated Delivery Date shown by eBay is an AVERAGE postal time only. Actual delivery time lies with Couriers or AusPost. 
• If you need the item at a SPECIFIC TIME, please contact us to arrange for Australia Post Express service (additional charges apply).

We accept PayPal and credit card via PayPal.
You have 7 days to pay before pending order is deleted from the database.

• Due to the reason that once the pet accessories is put onto pets, there's usually fur sticking on the fabric.  Therefore we had decided on NO RETURN policy for hygiene purpose.  But of course, by law, if the item is faulty you do have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• Your item must be in the original packaging.
• Your item needs to have the proof of purchase.  
• Shipping and Handling charges are NOT refundable.
• Buyer have to contact us for Return Authorization first.
• Buyer will need to pay for the return postage if wrong order were placed or item found NON DEFECTIVE or not sold by us.  (20% restocking fee may applies.)

REFUND

• Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
• We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your PayPal account.  Please ensure that your email in your eBay account is the same as your PayPal account.
• You will receive the refund into your PayPal account within 3-5 business days (payment into credit card is dependant on your card issuer's policies and timeframe).
