Se aveste necessità di cancellare un’offerta, vi chiediamo gentilmente di contattarci. Consentiamo una sola cancellazione per asta settimanale. Non accetteremo altre puntate da parte vostra dopo la seconda richiesta di cancellazione.

Dopo l’aggiudicazione, il pagamento deve essere effettuato entro 48 ore. In caso di difficoltà vi preghiamo di contattarci. Chi si aggiudica un’asta ha l’obbligo di pagare l’importo dovuto. In caso di mancato pagamento l’account sarà bannato.

Per gli items acquistati in asta e per gli oggetti acquistati direttamente nel nostro negozio si paga il costo della spedizione una sola volta.

C’è la possibilità di accorpare le spedizioni di più aste settimanali (mettiamo in asta circa 80 items a settimana) effettuando la spedizione una volta ogni 4 aste, quindi una volta al mese. Per utilizzare questo servizio è necessario:

1. procedere con il pagamento della PRIMA asta aggiudicata – pagherete il costo dei prodotti aggiudicati e il costo della spedizione

2. chiedere di tenere la “BUSTA APERTA”, di non procedere cioè con la spedizione

3. alle successive aggiudicazioni vi sarà inviato il totale SENZA il costo di spedizione

4. entro le 4 aste – o prima su vostra richiesta – invieremo il pacco con tutti gli oggetti acquistati.

Usiamo FedEx per la spedizioni internazionali e BRT per quelle nazionali

Some notes on participation in the auction:

The pictures represent the items that will be shipped. If present, defects are highlighted in the photos after the first. There may be micro defects that are not visible (such as micro scratches).

If you need to cancel an offer, we kindly ask you to contact us. We only allow one cancellation per weekly auction. We will not accept any further bets from you after the second cancellation request.

After the award, payment must be made within 48 hours. In case of difficulty please contact us. Whoever wins an auction has the obligation to pay the amount due. In case of non-payment the account will be banned.

For items purchased in auction and for items purchased directly in our shop you pay the shipping cost only once.

There is the possibility of combining the shipments of several weekly auctions (we auction around 80 items per week) by shipping once every 4 auctions, therefore once a month. To use this service you need:

1. proceed with the payment of the FIRST auction awarded - you will pay the cost of the awarded products and the cost of shipping

2. ask to keep the "ENVELOPE OPEN", not to proceed with the shipment

3. at subsequent awards you will be sent the total WITHOUT the shipping cost

4. within the 4 auctions – or earlier at your request – we will send the package with all the purchased items.

We use FedEx for international shipments and BRT for domestic ones
