Invoices & VAT
We accept payments according to eBay's terms and conditions. Prices may change without warning. Displayed prices include VAT, the final VAT rate in checkout depend on the country of delivery. We are VAT registered in European Union's One Stop Shop, EU customers will receive an invoice with the VAT rate of the country of delivery and with the VAT shown separately. Customers from the United Kingdom will receive an invoice without VAT. If the parcel value is lower than £135 then eBay will collect the 20% UK VAT and nothing else will be paid before or after the delivery. If the parcel value is higher than £135, eBay will not add VAT during checkout and the 20% UK VAT will be asked from the courier before the delivery. In this case the couriers will also ask for a fee associated with customs clearance; FedEx currently charges a flat fee of around £12.75 in certain deliveries.
Customers from Switzerland and Iceland do not pay for VAT and will be refunded the VAT difference.

If you change your mind
If you change your mind about the purchase you can return the product to our warehouse in Germany and get a refund or exchange it for up to 14 days from the date you received it, provided that it is still in its new, unused condition and with its original packing. The return shipping costs will be your responsibility as the buyer.
Please contact us before so we can give you an RMA number and the delivery address of the return. In order to be eligible for a refund the product must be brand new, unused and undamaged, so please take care of it by wrapping it and packaging it correctly before you to send it back to us.

The Victron VM-3P75CT energy meter is a standard device to measure the power and energy of single- and three-phase applications, for example, at the distribution box or to measure the output of a PV Inverter, AC Genset or the output of an inverter and inverter/charger.
Calculating the RMS power values for each phase, the energy meter transmits them at a high rate over VE.Can or Ethernet, leading to more accurate measurements for power usage, grid-import and grid feed-in, for example, in an ESS system.
Engineered for easy integration, the energy meter works out of the box (Plug & Play) as a grid meter for most systems. Configuration (via VictronConnect) is only required for changing the role (Grid Meter, PV Inverter, AC Genset or AC Load Meter) and manual IP configuration rather than the default, DHCP.
The VM-3P75CT uses clamp-type current transformers to sense the current accurately, without having to modify the wiring of an existing installation.
The VM-3P75CT uses vector registration method (the vectors of each phase L1, L2 and L3 are summed).
