We will give you as much notice as possible regarding deliveries. If you are not available on the time/day. We will give you an alternate date. It will be up to 4 weeks until in your area again. We are only a small family business, Please appreciate that it takes time and other sales to structure our delivery routes.

When we deliver, please inspect the item and let us know you are happy before we leave. We will take any item away if unsatisfied and provide a full refund. Furthermore please appreciate the fact we are not a floating showroom. You are more than welcome to come try any item in our showroom before purchase. 

Full refunds will be provided for the item only. (Not delivery costs) If we leave the property and you do not want the item. Or want to send it back for any reason. We will offer a full refund, BUT the buyer is responsible for all collection/courier costs and expenses. Also it must be returned in the same condition within 14 days.
