This is in very good played with condition (not collectors condition), there is a few nicks on the edge of the counters (shown in pictures) not very noticeable, and there is a scratch in the mirror (shown in last photo). Lamp works great, includes the three lids for the ice cream counter, candies bowl (has a little glitter on the inside), sign and 7 ice cream pieces.
