This is a great linen blend mock shirt dress (mock because the neckline is designed to look like a collared shirt). It features roll tab sleeves and a hi-lo hem. It can be worn as a dress and also as a longer tunic over leggings. It also features side pockets.
This well made dress is a Chinese brand; like many Chinese designers, this dress, while meant to be worn baggy, tends to run slightly smaller in the shoulders. It did not work for me--who tends to wear a 2X or 3x-- going just by chest measurements On the order form when I ordered this, it was marked an XL Plus size. I would say this will likely be a perfect fit for someone who wears and XL or 1X.
