This is the complete package--comes with absolutely everything that originally shipped with the light, even including the plastic battery and lens protectors and outer shipping box. But, please see pictures for all that is included. Note that I'm also including 5 boxes of the X9R Cell batteries (10 batteries).

I am the original owner and I've never once taken it out of the house. It has been turned on for less than 10 minutes since I've had it. It was a shelf-queen and I charged it every couple months to maintain battery health. I looked pretty hard and I couldn't find a single blemish on the light. The only thing I did note are a couple scratches on the top of the case. I have no idea how that happened.
