Here's three vintage silver metal baby rattles for your choosing.

There are two ( 2 ) Barbell rattles that measure about 4 inches long with circular ends that are 1.75 inches in diameter.

There is also a cute teething ring rattle.  This one has a silver metal Teddy Bear ( I think ) that measures about 2.75 inches long and it is attached to a 2 inch diameter plastic teething ring.

Condition is Pre-Owned: tarnished and a couple of dents on the barbells. See photos.
