This is a vintage Hand Crafted Birds of Paradise Plush Stuffed Toucan named Giselle from Costa Rica. 

 It sits on a stuffed perch and is meant to be hung with the provided clear wire.   Great Tiki room or tropical decoration. 

Used condition. Has some wear. Looks to have had some repair. Some fading and staining.
