Rustic School - Lighted but, can be made into a functional birdhouse. The lighted version features a screen door which look awesome with the lighted shining through. All signs are hand painted so, if you wanted a specific school name on it, just let know. The birdhouse version will be made with high quality exterior paint and the base will be removable for cleaning. :)
