Lego Ninjago Kai NJO007 Frakjaw Krazi Minifigures + More in Sealed Bag (2011)

This is a sealed bag of Ninjago Lego from 2011.  There is no set number.  To my knowledge, the Lego pieces inside do not match up with any Ninjago set that was released.  I'm assuming this was a promotional release.
